Article 1 : Shipping delivery for worldwide
Transport prices are calculated according to the weight of the package and the country of destination.
The buyer can control the price of transport in the basket.
The plants are carefully packaged and shipped in new boxes.
The plants are sent to the address mentioned by the buyer.
Plants are sent bare roots (without soil and pot).
The plants are shipped by the carrier ‘La Poste’.
The traking number will be sent to the buyer as soon as the plants will be sent.
Packages are shipped between 1 and 2 weeks after payment of the plants.
We can provide phytosanitary certificate.
The buyer must learn about the weather of his region before placing an order (cold or others).
Our responsibility will not be involved in case of damage related to weather conditions or other events attributable to the shipping.
The buyer must get information from his authorities about the importation of plants into his country.
In case of seizure by customs, our responsibility will not be engaged, we will not refund the plants, we will not replace the plants.
Article 2 : Order
By ordering on this site, buyers subscribe to the general conditions of sale,
We are not responsible for out of stock.
In this case, the plant will be exchanged or refunded in agreement with the buyer.
Plants in the ‘SPECIMEN’ category are unique, the buyer will receive the plant wich is on the photo.
For others categories the photo of the plant is not contractual, the buyer will receive a plant of the same size approximately as possible to the photo,
The appearance of the plants may change depending on the season, the plant vegetation state and the cultivation conditions.
Article 3 : Prices
Prices are in euro.
The prices of the plants include all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Article 4 : Return
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OUTSIDE OF FRANCE.
Article 5 : Payment terms
Payments accepted for worldwilde are:
- Bank transfer.
- Credit card/Visa (secure payment system, we do not have access to the buyer’s bank details).
- Paypal (Paypal payment are subject to an additional taxe of 3% of the total order) this amount is entirely paid to paypal group.
